These people care about their hotel, focusing on the essentials (e.g. excellent shower) needed to make me feel comfortable and sleep well.

The staff are absolutely fabulous at this little gem close to restaurants, shops, and city transportation. Order the breakfast, it is well worth the little bit extra.

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Hotel was clean and friendly. Excellent location, close to nearby shops, canal tours, parks and restaurants. The free mini bar was handy, however Lidl was just around the corner (5 minute walk) so we did choose to stock up on more refreshments. The view from the deluxe room was beautiful and would recommend you upgrade, you won't be disappointed. Cannot wait to go back.

First class welcome and nothing too much trouble at any time. Extremely good breakfast whether one wants just a cereal or a freshly cooked one. Fresh fruit bowl always available. Free mini-bar. All was immaculately clean. Since my single bedroom was small, there was nowhere to hang clothes; I used the back of the chair. I would have liked a bedside reading lamp - I had to use my torch to read in bed. Bed and washbasin were a bit higher than I am used to, but bathroom facilities were very good.

My partner and i have just returned from amsterdam after having a great time for 4 days. it was our first time in the city and didnt know what to expect. Firstly getting from the airport was so easy on the 197 bus, stopped just round the corner from the hotel, 5min walk, only 10 euros. Found the hotel , bit dubious at first but.......the staff were so lovely and really helpful, they couldnt do enough for us on everything , from getting about the city to making breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean ,the bed was sleepers dream. Like all houses in Amsterdam the stairs are steep but there is a lift. We felt so at home and would definately stay here again. The location is fantastic so close to sites, shops , bars and restaurants. Takes awhile to get used to the bikes and cars, but adds to the life style and culture of this beautiful city. Everyone is so helpful and speak English , we felt comfortable and safe walking both day and night around the city, we witnessed no crime , drunkeness or rowdy behaviour (unlike Manchester). A delightful and enjoyable trip, please visit if you casn.

We stayed 5 nights at this location. The staff is very friendly, readily providing information on the city and its attractions. All concerns that we had were quickly addressed and resolved by management. The breakfast is excellent, with espresso coffee, bacon and eggs prepared on request. The property has been recently remodeled and is tastefully decorated. Its central location, in front of a canal, is excellent to explore the city.

Stayed with my husband for four nights for my 40th birthday in Nov 2014. Neither of us had been to Amsterdam before. The hotel is really well placed and only a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Leidseplein. The hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was kept very clean and finished to a very high standard. WiFi dropped out on us a couple of times but came back on again quite quickly. We did not take breakfast in the hotel as we prefer a walk before we eat. We would definitely stay at 377 House again if we visit Amsterdam again. Thanks for such a lovely stay

The staff is outstanding and the location very good: just outside the main canals of central Amesterdam and in walking distance of Leidseplein with its shops, restaurants and trams that will take you in 15 minutes to Centraal Station. Voldelpark and the Rijksmuseum are less than half a mile away. As with most buildings in central Amesterdam, the hotel in an old, recently renovated building: expect steep stairs, narrow corridors and cramped bathrooms, but it has an elevator, proper soundproofing and big enough, clean, nicely decorated and confortable bedrooms with a wooden floor.

Gorgeous hotel, gorgeous room, lovely staff, really clean, perfect location. Centrally located within walking distance of all the main attractions our stay at 377 was perfect. The room was absolutely lovely, we went for a deluxe room, beautifully decorated and lovely big windows. The staff were so helpful and friendly, a real treat.
